Privacy policy

Bouncing Buddies is made for families. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game.

What we store

• Account: your email address and an encrypted password, only if you create an account to buy heroes or skins.
• Purchases: which items you bought, the amount, the currency and a receipt link, so your items work on every device.
• Leaderboard: the nickname you choose, your character and your score. Pick a nickname that is not your real name.
• On your device: language, chosen buddy, skin and best score are stored in your browser and never sent to us.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles the payment as a separate data controller under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and tracking

The game contains no ads, no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers.

Children

Purchases require an account, and an account should be created by a parent or guardian. Children should always ask a grown-up before buying anything.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its purchase history at any time by contacting the address below. Deleting your account also removes your purchases.

Terms of purchase

• All items are one-time purchases of digital content inside the game. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Items unlock immediately after payment and are tied to your account, so they follow you to a new device when you sign in.
• Because the content is delivered instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the item is unlocked. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
• Prices are shown with the currency used at checkout and include applicable tax.
• Cheating, automated score submission or abuse of the leaderboard may lead to entries being removed.
